This text messaging system allows buyers to access property information and pictures in the quickest and most direct way possible. With this new technology, potential buyers can inquire about property listings any time they wish. All a potential buyer has to do is text my unique Mobile ID -- Kean5 -- to this number: 85377. Immediately after sending the text, the buyer will instantly receive two text messages back on his or her phone. The first message will include listing information, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, and other pertinent details. The client will also receive a link to photos of the property. The benefit of this technology is that my team is notified in real time when a potential client is interested in one of our listings. We can then be proactive in following up with that buyer. An additional benefit is that when a client texts in my unique Mobile ID, my agent portal captures their contact information and their interest in the property. |
