Beverly HillsBeverly Hills is synonymous with luxury, fame, celebrities, and tourism. To its residents, Beverly Hills offers a sense of community in its central location surrounded by the city of Los Angeles. With its location between Westwood to the West, West Hollywood to the East, and Beverlywood to the South, Beverly Hills is readily accessible to surrounding communities. The “flats” of Beverly Hills, one of the more recognizable areas of Beverly Hills, allow residents to walk and be in the heart of their community without need of a vehicle. However, Beverly Hills offers ease of access to major freeways and other areas of Los Angeles with little effort. To the north of Beverly Hills proper, there is an area known as “Beverly Hills Post Office,” which offers increased privacy, canyons, and views, although parts of this area are not served by the Beverly Hills school system. Beverly Hills has a population of 35,821. |

The Beverly Hills AllureThe central area of Beverly Hills is world-famous for its luxury shopping and local businesses. The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills has been much-loved since 1967, providing high quality items from around the globe. More recently Prada on Rodeo Drive infused a great deal of money into the area by having the world-renowned Office for Metropolitan Architecture design their Beverly Hills location similar to their lavish Soho, New York store.
